I dont know about that, if this was NZ or SA there would have been a broadcast.
When it was SA, they cut down the Test match to 4 days. ZIM board had said a couple of years ago that they couldn't afford to host a Test match. They have gone to great lengths to host these two SL Tests. The issue with the sponsor is mainly to do with the recent ICC ban and lack of financial resources, and lack of finance = no DRS.
The full shebang of DRS is very expensive and has to be borne by the home board.
Look at the BBL they haven't got DRS either. CA would need to foot a 30m bill if they want to have it in the league. And currently, they are not ..so you can just imagine how a poor country like Zim whose governance is in disarray will struggle to get the technology in.
