Actually VP, I inquired about you about a month ago from the forum members.  But, none of them had any idea where you were. Not even JB!

Yes, Sri Lanka has to be a friendly nation to India, it cannot go against them like the way JR and R. Premadasa did prior to 1983, thus letting India harbour LTTE camps (Indira Gandhi time), and at one point India sending its fighter jets over Sri Lankan airspace (uninvited) to drop food in the North in a sarcastic manner.

Ukrainians are being used as a proxy by the USA in their battle against Russia. Russia is a very resource rich country. It can survive. They want a puppet installed (a Western block friendly puppet). Just like Putin restricted the media access in Russia..the UK has done the same. Any tv network that went against its way of thinking was taken off platform.

People will always support the victims and not the oppressors. Who said they didn't ? You make it seem like people are completely blinded to the attack on Sinhalese civilians. Just like how you don't support attack on innocent civilians by the SL army, Tamil people don't support attack by Tamil Tigers on innocent sinhalese civilians either. The comparison of SL army atrocities is not even on the same planet. Let me ask you a question, if indeed somehow it is proven and that you are convinced about all the SL Army attrocities, are you going to switch side and not support them ? or are you just going to look passed it ?

The legitimate SL government was fighting one of the most ruthless bunch of terrorists in the world and the West supported the terrorists to suit their own agenda. The "victims" change according the agenda of the West. We have discussed and argued this over and over again and it's 13 years since the war ended. No point going back to the same argument, people should learn to live together as one one nation, that goes for all communities.

It's the same morons that voted the Rajapaksas 3rd time. I can't take these people seriously. How are you going to say what we saw, experienced and went through is all wrong when none of them that voted for them ever lived or experienced war. On top they only got information that were sent by the government and military ? Chandrika literally banned war related publications without the SL government and her uncle was the General. "learn to live together" bullshit sounds like an abusive husband telling his wife "I only beat you up because I love you and wanting to be together".
