So I actually do have a question about the transgender issue. Are you guys in general comfortable with having them in public bathrooms like this? Personally, I'm not bothered, and evidence says there's nothing to be feared of. It's generally the change that makes people fear, but we might have a long way to go.

Let's say a guy enters a women's washroom as a transgender. How do you know he's actually one?
This is possible https://www.lifesitenews.com/news/sexual-predator-jailed-after-claiming-to-be-transgender-in-order-to-assault 04-28-2016, 04:57 AM
i can't see the image from the ff version i use but i think there is a school in aus that have a special toilet for kids . there are some kids who are trans there i think
personally i find trans a bit weird, im fine with the whole gay and lesbian situation, i think that's quite normal and understandable. trans is another level for me. but it doesn't affect me in anyway so i don't really care. just find it weird. 04-28-2016, 04:57 AM
Yeah that is one possible and reasonable objection, although the people who might try this out are very few. But still one is enough, as it could seriously endanger a little kid. I know in my university here and many others we have gender-neutral bathrooms, which is a good idea.

Because for most trans people, it's that they've born with one kind of 'hardware' and another kind of 'software', in other words you could either be female or male from outside but you may have hormonal and other things that makes you internally and mentally the other sex. Which actually I think quite hard to deal within yourself without any social effect itself, so adding this social tabboo is really making it hard for them. Yes I agree its very far removed for most of us, but I try to put myself in their shoes. Regarding the reality of the issue, cases like bada mentioned might actually be possible, so needs attention. So imo gender neutral bathrooms are a good idea. 04-28-2016, 05:05 AM
