As Isaid you can set up your own custom ground.
Here are the parameters you need to define

< Name > Ground name up to 21 characters.
< Spin > - Ground spin rating range -5 (hinders) to 5 (helpful).
< Medium > - Ground medium rating range -5 (hinders) to 5 (helpful).
< Fast > - Ground fast rating range -5 (hinders) to 5 (helpful).
< Size > - Ground size rating range -3 (small) to 3 (large).
< Pitch > - Typical starting pitch conditions range 0-4. 0 least amount of wear, to most
< Bounce > - Typical starting bounce conditions range 0-4. 0 is the most bounce to 4 the least

You can try to make a home ground that is favourable to your teams make up.
