That was a swift ending if ever there was one. Once Mendis got out, it was the just a matter of time. DdS is no KJP and he alone was never going to even get close to the target. We were more competitive in this game but what really matters in the end is the result. Disappointing series overall. Seems quite a few people had high expectations which were unrealistic. Personally, I have learnt not to have high expectations of this team when playing overseas. If we win, like we won at the Oval, it's great but if we lose, it shouldn't be a big surprise.
