Don't Tiers A and B run concurrently? I'm not entirely sure. If that is the case, they will have to wait till 2026 even if there's promotion in the system.

Year 1 - relegation from Tier A
Year 2 - win Tier B
Year 3 - back at Tier A

Isn't that how it usually works when there's promotion in the system?
