Don't think you can read too much into this but Akila Dhananjaya has been quite consistent in the current Major League Tournament. He took 15 wickets including 9/56 against Ragama over the weekend. He is the joint highest ticket taker with 72 wickets in 16 innings at the moment.

Killa D should be in the mix for national colors. If Wellalage, Waniya and CK are 6-8 he can be 9. Useful as a batsman. Could even be considered for test team
