I think the last time SL beat India at U19 level at an Asia Cup was in 2003.

Ganganath Rathnayaka of that 2003 team was a very talented cricketer during school days . Captained Royal I think and was a very good all rounder . Has a U19 century against Pakistan as well. He migrated without playing much first class cricket I think .
