I guess you misunderstood me. I said all stakeholders should be involved till the end. You can't allow the coach and selectors to assign points on their own, Aravinda & Co also should get involved and if you keep the subjective areas to maximum of 5%-10%, it's not going to make a huge difference.
I understood your post. I mean once you involve subjective aspects, you can't control it going wrong regardless of who is involved. Can of worms.
