But there was nothing done when they didn't perform. They used to get the same amount, some players didn't even get dropped after repeated failures.
Did you misunderstand my post? I meant reduce the retainer (cut the salary), not give them the same amount as before.
Didn't have to introduce this hidden system/evaluation to do that.
