Here's what happened. Obviously PJ didn't watch it at 10pm SL time. He looked at the scorecard and thought Chamika played a brilliant knock and saw the boundaries he hit in the highlights clip. So he made that comment about how his knock was better than Avishka's. Then Pram posted what really happened, but since PJ is wired to keep arguing, he needs to do that for the sake of argument. That's how we got here.
Sure, it was good to see him get a score and bat longer, but he really struggled for a while when it mattered. Couldn't rotate the strike when they had a slight chance of getting close. Required rate went up. Then a couple of guys from the other end got out and the game was gone by the end of the 12th over. Managed to score in the last 5 overs when they had no chance of winning. Was 19 off 24 going into the last 5 needing 90+ to win.
