Gonna be interesting to see what GS does in terms of line up. It doesn’t look like Shaw will be fit enough. Foden , Bellingham debate or whether they can both play together is gonna be interesting to see how it plays out.

Spain were brilliant in this game, and it's shocking that they won off only an own goal.
That's bad for Spain because they created so many chances but couldn't finish them, yet they totally outplayed and dominated the current champs. Not much to be said about England's performance other than it was timid, lazy, and everyone looked very tired. No one seems to know how to handle the game without the ball. Players like Foden and Rice seem to be struggling with their positions. And Trippier is causing a headache as a right-sided player playing on the left. Gareth Southgate has a huge week ahead to turn things around. They are being butchered in the media already, and rightfully so. England came in as one of the favourites, but instead of growing into the competition, they are regressing rapidly. Looks like more heartache and pain are in store, as I can't see them going much further if they continue to play like this. 06-21-2024, 02:32 AM
