The change is in the air. I think all full member nations have understood that the game needs to exband and become global. More teams, more interest, more money. Even Bcci have voted for monohar to stay. They have realized that with expansion of the game, their revenue percentage might have gone down, but still is mpre than the other boards and if cricket expands, more revenue. So even if percentage goes down, the amount of revenue recieved will still be almost equal. Even Zim, Wi and Ban want monohar back. They might lose their full memeber status but monohars plans would give them regular fixtures whichthey currently lack. Sl would have accepted monohar's plans had this been 4-5 years ago. But currently, they are going in a transition period and as a result losing full membership looks likely for them in next few years. That could be the reason but if the proposals go ahead with all other countries voting for it, we will still stand a chance of losing full membership......if we drop down in the rankings. Its up to us to play good cricket to stop that from happening.

BCCI outvoted in crucial vote on ICC constitution
The ICC's new constitution moved a step closer to reality on a dramatic late afternoon in Dubai, as cricket's Full Members exercised their collective will to outvote the BCCI.
The Indian board was the only member to object against a new financial model and was one of the only two countries to vote against the new governance changes. The finance model received a 9-1 vote in favour, while the governance structure was passed by an 8-2 margin.

I think that was to recall the ICC CEO. This is different. But could still be us.
