I don't think it's very productive to dismiss stillwills concerns, after all he went through it more than any of us and deserves to be heard. Suggesting he got to go abroad because of war is a pretty nasty thing to say.
And SW, on your part I don't think it's fair to say people in the south weren't affected by war, while it may not have been as intense as living in a war zone it still was a valid fear living in fear of bombs.
I think Charu made a great point, as long as we divide ourselves into two camps and argue instead of looking at this as Sri Lankans there's little hope we'll get together to do anything. We are part of the problem.
Maybe let's all of us take a step back before we say more hurtful things to each other.
