A verdict has not been given in the so called MIG deal after several investigations for more than a decade. There are stories that Fonseka was involved in these killings, some say it was the Rajapaksa's but whatever that is, the judiciary have to give the ultimate decision.

JVP killed hundreds of people when UNP was in power, who is in power doesn't matter. You can write pages but it doesn't make sense because you don't have the power to decide on this.

Even when Chandrika was president they assassinated a 13 year old paper boy who was delivering news papers to send message to the news paper that was exposing SL military atrocities. It happened in Jaffna when I was there. They also assassinated a campaign manager for TNA MP during peacetime while he was getting the haircut, that also happened near my house. It wasn't just Mahinda, all the politicians in power were doing that, mostly using military. Then later para-military wing tied to the SL govt like Karuna Amman. They can mingle better than SL military men.
