Relatives went and stayed in SL last April-May during summer. There were about 10-15 people staying there. A large 2 story house by SL standard. They got 100,00LKR bill for 40 days or so.

I can't say anything when you don't know how many air conditioners, washing machines and fridges they used.

Obviously you get billed for monthly consumption. There's no way you can get a legit bill from CEB for 40 days since meter readings are taken monthly.

A family of 4 would get a bill of about 10k.
