-I personally just look at technique, and decide if it is worth to keep backing players, despite failures
-This is why I don't endorse Dickwella, Chandimal and Avishka , they have technical faults to be successful at t20 at international level
-I would back Bhanuka, Kusal Perera and Kamindu Mendis despite their failures , as there failures are more due to temperamental issues and not due to techinque. I feel these 3 have the ability to be succesful at t20 in international stage.
-I really don't want Chandimal, Dickwella and Avishka (I know he has performed in LPL, but he always does, but when playing international t20, the international bowlers easily analyse him and bowl to him at his weak areas) back in the t20 team, will be a major step backwards
-I agree Asitha has done well, but I do not think he warrants a place in the t20 unless there is an injury, where he should be one of the first people in the line as back up
-I disagree with not playing Chamindu in t20 series, there is nothing to lose, he should learn somewhere, he will be batting very low down, so if the match is decided by his performance, that means team has done really bad to be reliant on him. I say play him in the t20 series. You never know if we do get to a good position in like 15 overs with only 3 wickets lost, we could just promote him also , for some powerhitting without pressure.
