Ugh those are like record times like 20 years ago. Wonder if we've actually seen the best time already with bolt. Like women's 100, I think the WR now is more than 20 years old?

Doesn't look like he's participating this time.
There was a men and women mixed 400x4 relay , first time I've seen. Basically 4 runners consists of 2 men and 2 women, you can choose you own order who runs which lap. Interesting how it will pan out, it comes down to strategy as well, not just skill of running. Japan did something like that they ran W,M,M,W when everyone else was running M,W,W,M.
It was strange to see men and women running on the same race.
Joyner and Bolt were in a different league. 9.8 is still a great time in men's 100M. Coleman's time yesterday is the 6th best of all time. When I say 6th best time, I mean 6th best man. Bolt ran faster than 9.76 a few times.

Yea actually when you think about it this is not bad. We were all blown away when Bolt ran 9.69s but then two people have since matched it, I guess it'll take a while but probably someone will eventually better him.
Joyner tho, holy shit its actually been more than 30 years. That's insane.
